Seal Row Bench

The Seal Row Bench is full of features appealing to lifters and operators alike, providing a secure and safe way to train with its solid construction. Lifters can choose their optimal position. An easy to operate pop-pin adjusts the bench height in 30 mm increments offering 10 settings ranging from 675 - 945 mm above the floor. Lifters can choose to start with the barbell on the ground or from generous bar hooks placed 265 mm above the floor. The j-cups and bench underside include a plastic liner to protect the bench and the barbell for long-lasting performance.

Adjustable Height
The bench height is adjustable from 570–870 mm, measuring from the floor to the top of the bench.

Cushion Options
Select PUR cushions for a modern, durable, easy-to-clean option, or Skai cushions for a traditional, supple, long-lasting feel.

Easy Portability

Protective Lining
J-cups and bench feature plastic liners to protect barbells and the underside of the bench.
