Hybrid Plyo Box
Position the plyo box at one of three heights — 20, 24 and 30 inches (51, 63 and 76 cm) — for versatile, dynamic plyometric training. Made in Sweden from recycled EPP foam, the construction cushions landings and minimises the risk of shin abrasions and pain from accidental slips while still being stable and sure underfoot. The durable construction makes the plyo box ideal for functional movements such as step-ups and box jumps, and it is an excellent tool for a strength training area or home gym. Any use of free weight equipment on top or sides of the box, can result in damage of the surface and do not fall under warranty.
