The surface is a durable synthetic leather providing users with a good gripping surface that is easy to keep clean. The Exceed Soft Medicine Balls range from 3 – 14 kg with the same 350 mm outer diameter regardless of the weight. These are non-bouncing balls, and are not appropriate for ball slams or high impact slamming movements.
